Finance and Administration
The Finance and Administration Offices of the Diocese of Fargo provide many of the resources clergy and parish staff members need to carry out the management and business aspects of parish life. These include information on parish finance councils, insurance, building projects, technology, human resources, and more. See the links at right for specific departments within the Finance and Administration Offices.
The offices also offer numerous ways in which people can practice stewardship, returning to God a portion of the gifts he has given them.
- Donations to the annual God’s Gift Appeal help parishes, diocesan offices and volunteers work together to bring the Catholic faith to others.
- Do you want to donate toward a particular entity or program? Or are you considering including a gift to the Catholic Church in your will? The Stewardship and Development Office can provide information on providing support for local parishes, cemeteries, Catholic schools and other Catholic entities or efforts of interest to you.
The Annual Diocese of Fargo Audited Financial Statements (PDF) will provide additional information regarding how the gifts you entrust to the diocese are used.
Two entities that are separate from the Diocese of Fargo, but that provide valuable assistance to the churches and to donors who want to support Catholic causes are the Catholic Church Deposit and Loan Fund of Eastern North Dakota and the Catholic Development Foundation.
